When reaching out, please provide:

● Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
● A short description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer:
● A replacement item, or
● A store credit or refund, depending on availability
All returns must be in original packaging, unused, and unopened to qualify for a replacement or credit.
