 Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

      UAE: Starting at AED 18

      International: Starting at AED 55

      Free shipping for orders over AED 100 (UAE) or USD $100 (international)

5️⃣ How long will delivery take?
 Delivery times depend on your location and local customs:

      UAE: 1–2 working days

      GCC & Wider Middle East: 3–5 working days

      UK: 5–7 working days

      Europe: 5-7 working days

      Australia: 5-7 working days

 Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

7️⃣ Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
